Turn the Dutch Oven lid over and use as a griddle, with 15 charcoal underneath the lid. Mix eggs, nutmeg and salt. Whip until eggs are frothy and then dip bread in egg mixture. Fry toast on the lid until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
