Dave Lester’s Baked Corn





12 to14 inch Dutch oven

1 package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

1 can of corn (drained)

1 can of creamed corn

8 oz. sour cream

1/2 cup or one stick of butter or margarine

Mix together all ingredients and pour into greased Dutch oven, I cook it over a bed of wood fire coals with the top covered with about 1 shovel full of glowing embers, for one hour or until the top is a light golden color. This a favorite of everyone who tries it and is very easy to prepare.
